Getting started
Use the public modules and pricing pages to understand fit, then contact SiteAxis before creating real customer data or enabling provider-side integrations.
SiteAxis support guidance is focused on safe rollout: account setup, module usage, API access, billing readiness, notifications, and security. Formal production support channels and SLA terms will be finalized before customer launch.
These topics cover the questions most teams need answered before a controlled pilot or customer rollout.

Company Admins manage users, roles, project access, MFA policy, and API keys inside the authenticated app. High-risk Admin actions remain protected by authorization and MFA gates where configured.
Public pricing is for planning. Live billing, Stripe provider setup, and customer payment collection require separate approved setup and test-mode validation.
Module records use lifecycle controls, archive behavior, attachments, PDFs, audit logs, and scoped exports according to each module readiness state.
Detailed API documentation is available to signed-in users. API keys should be scoped, rotated, and stored outside public code or shared files.
Notification foundations exist for in-app and email workflows. Real provider sends require staging-safe Postmark configuration and internal recipient controls.
Use MFA for high-risk Admin and API-key management workflows. Never send secrets, tokens, signed URLs, or API keys through support messages.
For staging and pilot support, contact the SiteAxis team. Formal SLA and production support channels will be finalized before customer launch.
No. Public pricing is informational. Live billing requires separate provider setup, approval, and validation.
No. Detailed API documentation is restricted to signed-in users. Paid/customer entitlement enforcement remains a rollout gate.
No. Customer data remains blocked until hosted provider, backup, monitoring, and smoke-test gates pass.
Use the contact page or email info@siteaxis.app. Do not include passwords, API keys, tokens, signed URLs, or private credentials.
Not yet. The local readiness work is closed, but provider-side Entra and Teams setup must pass before customer enablement.
No. Privacy and terms content is a pre-launch placeholder for pilot/staging review until formal legal review is complete.
